The $30 million car park project at Dubbo Hospital is now complete with the official opening of a new multi-storey car park. The new car park will provide secure parking for staff and free up spaces for patients and visitors close to the front entry.
On Wednesday 4 May, Member for Dubbo, Dugald Saunders officially opened a dedicated car park for patients receiving treatment at the new Western Cancer Centre Dubbo. This will be followed by the opening of a new multi-storey car park for staff in the coming weeks, and will complete the the car park project at Dubbo Hospital.
The new three-storey clinical building (Macquarie Building) was opened on Saturday 5 March. There to celebrate this wonderful milestone was Deputy Prime Minister, Barnaby Joyce, NSW Minister for Regional Health, Bronnie Taylor, Member for Dubbo, Dugald Saunders, Federal Member for Parkes, Mark Coulton. along with community members and our dedicated health staff.
